Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Zebadee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Groove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry Zebadee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Terry Zebadee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robert Groove! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Groove looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Zebadee keeping full guard, as Groove tries to pass. Groove must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Groove is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zebadee trying to control the position.
Zebadee is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Groove works a leg free and moves into half guard. Zebadee is trying to control but can't.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Groove shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Zebadee's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Groove trying to control the position from guard on top but Zebadee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Groove decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Groove avoids the head kick by Zebadee.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Groove is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. This has been an exciting period of action! Zebadee wants to stand and escape but Groove is having none of it. Groove slips nicely into half guard. Groove tries to pass the half guard into mount. Zebadee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Groove controlling the action here. Zebadee trying to control from the bottom.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Zebadee is trying to control Groove's posture but Groove avoids it. Groove prevents Zebadee from escaping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Groove tries to advance to mount but can't. Zebadee wants to get back to his feet but Groove drags him back down. Groove taking a breather here. Groove decides to stand back up. Groove steps back and let's Zebadee get back to his feet. Zebadee gets caught flat footed, as Groove shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Zebadee looking for a sweep. Not yet Zebadee, not yet. Zebadee manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Groove manages to get himself to full guard.
Zebadee is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Groove is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Groove has escaped and now he's on top! Zebadee working for a triangle but Groove defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Groove seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Groove lands a couple of digs. Groove drops back looking for a leg! Zebadee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Zebadee manages to kick Groove off! Groove jumps back into Zebadee's guard. Groove sitting in guard here, content to control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Groove with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zebadee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Groove to score an easy takedown into full guard. Zebadee is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Groove dives into side control.
Groove decides to take the fight back to the feet. Groove feints and as Zebadee raises his hands in defense, Groove changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Zebadee wants to stand but Groove is controlling the position. Zebadee is looking to sweep but instead, Groove has passed into half guard.

This has been an exciting period of action! Groove with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Groove is thwarting Zebadee's attempts to control the position. Groove takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Zebadee is trying to get back to full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Robert Groove. Groove closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Zebadee is looking to improve his position.
Zebadee is trying to stand up here but Groove is controlling him well. Groove moves into full mount! Zebadee won't be happy about that! Groove looking to control and managing it successfully. Groove with shots to the head and body - Zebadee looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zebadee is looking to get to half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Groove putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Groove working away from the top, dropping strikes. Zebadee is looking to get to half guard. Zebadee trying desperately to get to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Groove controlling the position easily from mount. Let's hope that Groove has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Zebadee tries to improve his position but instead Groove has taken his back! Groove controls the position. Zebadee controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Groove is riding his opponent, not letting Zebadee buck him off. Zebadee is trying to break free.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Groove is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Groove biding his time, controlling Zebadee. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Zebadee is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Groove gets his way!

Groove lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Zebadee is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Robert Groove showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Groove stands up from Zebadee's guard - Groove perhaps looking for a knockout. Groove stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Groove wants it to stay on the feet. Groove shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Zebadee's guard. Groove won't allow Zebadee to get back to his feet. Groove decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Zebadee, up you get!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Groove scores a takedown into full mount! Zebadee trying desperately to get to his feet.

Zebadee is bucking up trying to escape but Groove cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Groove controlling his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zebadee is desperately trying to improve his position but Groove has a good base and remains in mount. Groove avoids the attempt from Zebadee to control. Groove pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Zebadee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Zebadee manages to regain half guard. Good work. Groove working over Zebadee with some ground and pound. Zebadee looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Groove connects with a nice short shot to Zebadee's temple. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Groove in particular looking to stall. Groove slips a nice elbow through Zebadee's hands, connecting with Zebadee's forehead.

You can see the frustration on Zebadee's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Groove just content to control the position. Zebadee tries to escape but Groove is in control. Groove wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Zebadee, who protects the arm well. Groove advances to mount. Zebadee tries to lock up and control but Groove gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Groove controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Groove lands a nice shot to the head. Groove content just to control the position here. Zebadee is in all sorts of trouble here.
Groove pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Zebadee tries to hold on but Groove postures up. Groove lands a big shot there that rocks Zebadee but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Groove lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Zebadee is rocked! Groove tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Oh Zebadee is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Zebadee tries to hold on but Groove pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Groove takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Zebadee wants to hold on but Groove pushes him away. Groove tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Zebadee seems to have got his legs back now. The referee warns Zebadee that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Zebadee is looking to get to half guard. It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Groove has hold of Zebadee's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Zebadee manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Groove working Zebadee over with strikes here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Oooooh, big shot lands for Groove! Zebadee is hurt baaadly! Groove is firing away with more strikes - Zebadee is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 4, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robert Groove! A relieved looking Robert Groove thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
