Botwin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Little Boxes On The Hillside. Stromile Farseer could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nancy Botwin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Botwin misses with an uppercut.
Nancy Botwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Farseer uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Botwin.
Farseer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Botwin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Farseer thows a body shot but no joy.
A looping hook to the body misses from Botwin. Farseer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Botwin misses with a straight left.
Farseer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Botwin takes the fight into the clinch.
Farseer is trying to break the clinch but Botwin has him pressed against the cage.
Botwin is pushing Farseer up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Farseer gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Botwin regains guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Farseer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Farseer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Botwin throws a shot from downtown. Farseer moves away and avoids it.

Botwin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Farseer's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Farseer wants to sweep but no luck.
Farseer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Botwin is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Farseer is staying active.
Farseer thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Botwin's head.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Stromile Farseer will probably get the nod.
