The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompistone scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Thompistone misses with a wild body shot.
Dro Cop throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Thompistone's head.
Dro Cop shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dro Cop was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Dro Cop with shots to the head and body - Thompistone looks very uncomfortable down there.

Dro Cop throwing strikes here but Thompistone is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Dro Cop lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Thompistone tries to hold on but Dro Cop pushes him away.

Thompistone slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Dro Cop wants to free his trapped foot but Thompistone is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dro Cop throwing shots but Thompistone is blocking nicely.
Dro Cop wants to take a breather but Thompistone is having none of it.
Thompistone makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Thompistone throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Thompistone throws a series of punches but Dro Cop moves out of range.
Dro Cop lands a high kick!
Thompistone clobbers Dro Cop with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Dro Cop takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dro Cop gets cracked there but stands up to it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thompistone drops Dro Cop with a naaaaasty hook - Dro Cop is in real trouble here! Thompistone dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
