Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyr Asgaard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pentti Hilkuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Asgaard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Oingo Boingo. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asgaard misses with a body kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Asgaard.
A shot to the liver by Asgaard. Beautiful body shot.
Hilkuri throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Asgaard counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Asgaard blocks a low kick nicely.
The fighters circling - Hilkuri throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hilkuri bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hilkuri needs to keep his hands up - Asgaard had a free shot at his head there.
Hilkuri lands a nice looking body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Asgaard fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hilkuri manages to avoid it.
Nice straight punches there by Asgaard. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Asgaard.
Asgaard moves out of range of the strikes.
Hilkuri misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Asgaard.
Hilkuri stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Asgaard.
Hilkuri throws a predictable looking body shot
and Asgaard counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Nice cross by Asgaard.
Hilkuri steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Asgaard.
Hilkuri moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Tyr Asgaard has been cut.
Asgaard shoots for a takedown but Hilkuri saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Hilkuri lands with a nice combination. Asgaard backs away looking to recover.

Hilkuri drops Asgaard with a beautiful combination! Asgaard stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hilkuri is looking for the KO!

Asgaard is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hilkuri digs a good body shot into Asgaard's ribs.
Asgaard is breathing heavily.
Hilkuri throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Asgaard stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Asgaard misses with a leg kick.
Hilkuri connects with an inside leg kick.
Hilkuri lands a nice looking body shot.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hilkuri.
Hilkuri lands a slapping body shot.
Pentti Hilkuri is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hilkuri thumps Asgaard with a low kick.
Asgaard seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Hilkuri shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Asgaard is backing up but Hilkuri catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Asgaard covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Hilkuri Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
