Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eije Blackbunr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artie Lange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lange comes into a darkened arena with his song building. ACDC-You Shook Me(All Night Long) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Artie Lange has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eije Blackbunr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Artie Lange!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lange throws a low kick but it's checked well by Blackbunr.
Lange motions for Blackbunr to come forward. Lange throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Lange shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Blackbunr tries to roll over but Lange keeps him under control.
Lange wants to get back to his feet.

Lange stands up out of the half guard.
Lange is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Blackbunr connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lange's hands.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lange.

Blackbunr bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

The referee asks Blackbunr politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Blackbunr prefers to stall for the moment though.

It looks like Blackbunr is going to stand back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Eije Blackbunr wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Blackbunr has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Lange is trying to keep an underhook but Blackbunr manages to get the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lange bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Lange controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Lange is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lange drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Blackbunr manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lange has Blackbunr in his guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Blackbunr stands up from guard. Let's bang!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Eije Blackbunr will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Lange changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blackbunr tries to avoid it but Lange manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blackbunr to the ground. Blackbunr escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lange lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lange is thwarting Blackbunr's attempts to control the position.
Lange throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Lange is trying to control the action in half guard but Blackbunr is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Lange is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Lange is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Blackbunr controlling the position for now.
Blackbunr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lange on the ground.
Lange wants to control but Blackbunr is keeping him busy.
Blackbunr might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Blackbunr is trying to get back to full guard.
Lange with the ground and pound but Blackbunr uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Lange tries to free his leg and advance position but Blackbunr is retaining full guard.
Lange wants to stand and escape but instead Blackbunr has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Lange is looking for a triangle but Blackbunr pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lange is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Blackbunr is not content to let Lange control the position.
Lange misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Blackbunr on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Blackbunr tries to get out of the position.

Blackbunr avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lange.

Lange working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Lange has hold of Blackbunr's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Blackbunr seems comfortable defending it but Lange has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Blackbunr is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Blackbunr is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lange couldn't care less - he's delighted!
