Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, James Fountain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Paul Dravinski!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dravinski tries to score with a low kick but Fountain moves his leg out of the way.
Fountain misses with a looping right.
Fountain slips a jab from Dravinski.
Fountain connects with a jab.
Dravinski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fountain sprawls well. Fountain wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dravinski gets slowly back to his feet.

Fountain on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Dravinski is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Fountain to keep the fight standing.

James Fountain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Dravinski.

Fountain has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Dravinski is looking for a triangle but Fountain pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fountain wants to get up but he can't break Dravinski's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
