Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Suarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Unkown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnny Unkown will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suarez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Unkown can pounce on him.

Unkown clinches.
Unkown lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Unkown gets underhooks to prevent Suarez's takedown attempt.
Suarez has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Unkown after a bit of a struggle.
Unkown makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Unkown's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Unkown connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Unkown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Suarez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Unkown tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Suarez's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Unkown takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Suarez is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Suarez is working to get back to half guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Suarez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Unkown tries to avoid it but Suarez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Unkown to the ground. Unkown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Unkown clinches up with Suarez and pushes him back against the cage.
Suarez is trying to drag Unkown to the mat but Unkown just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Unkown creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Pedro Suarez has been cut.
Suarez sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Suarez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Unkown is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Suarez is aware though and is defending well.

Unkown ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Oh Suarez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Unkown cracks Suarez with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Unkown has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Suarez to stand back up!
Unkown shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Suarez takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Unkown sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Suarez bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
