The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mctwist tries to score a power double leg takedown but Polaniecki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mctwist somewhat.

Polaniecki wants to control but Mctwist is having none of it.

Mctwist can't control as he wanted to and Polaniecki manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
