Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gunther Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Agogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie's entrance music is Gnarls Barkley - Crazy. A fine choice. Agogo has chosen Slim Thug - Click Clack as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie blocks a jab.
Agogo fails to land the takedown.
Gracie has managed to clinch.
Gracie goes for a takedown in the clinch but Agogo prevents it.
Agogo looking for a takedown.
Agogo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gracie is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Gunther Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junior Agogo.

Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Agogo swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Agogo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Agogo seems to have recovered his senses.

and Agogo counters with a straight right hand.

Nice takedown defense from Gracie. No joy for Agogo on that attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Agogo dives on top into guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gunther Gracie will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Agogo swats away the attempt to clinch by Gracie.

Agogo is defending against the submission attempts here by Gracie.
Gracie with the ground and pound but Agogo uses the opportunity to regain guard.

and Gracie counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Agogo down! Gracie is looking to finish but Agogo is intelligently defending himself.

Agogo tries to bench press Gracie off him but Gracie keeps the position.
Gracie stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Gracie throws a hook but Agogo blocks it.
Gracie looks to land a left hand but Agogo moved out of range nicely.

Gracie looks to land a combination but Agogo avoids it well.
Agogo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Agogo moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off.
Gracie shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Agogo's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gracie has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Agogo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Gracie is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Agogo pulls down on the head and he's put Gracie to sleep! This one is all over!
