Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlo Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Psina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Psina takes one on the button.
Greco takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Both fighters circling a little - Psina finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Greco avoids the head kick by Psina.

Greco feints and as Psina raises his hands in defense, Greco changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Psina wants to stand up but Greco is controlling him.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Greco winds up and cracks Psina with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
