Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perry Roscrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geter Done (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roscrow comes into the arena with In The Middle Of It Now blaring out of the sound system. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roscrow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Done shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Roscrow defends it nicely.
Done looks for a takedown but Roscrow sprawls well.

Roscrow pushes Done off and scrambles back to his feet.

Done uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Roscrow.
Done throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Roscrow's waist but Roscrow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Done off to one side.
Horrible takedown by Done or perhaps it was just good defense by Roscrow which made him look bad.
Done tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roscrow swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Done has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Roscrow tries to score with a low kick but Done moves his leg out of the way.

Done manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Roscrow on his heels. He'll look to pass Roscrow's guard now, I'm sure.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Roscrow throws a left that rocks Done and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Roscrow dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Done regain composure!

Roscrow is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Done is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Roscrow throws a strike aimed at the side of Done's head but Done avoids it well.

Done really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roscrow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Roscrow looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Done with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roscrow throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Done works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Roscrow is just content to waste time from the top position. Done takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Roscrow drops back, looking for a kneebar! Done looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Done looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Done!

Roscrow has one foot on Done's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Perry Roscrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roscrow keeps the fight on the outside.
Roscrow slaps away a takedown attempt from Done, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Done looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Roscrow is fending him off so far but Done persists. Nope, Roscrow circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Roscrow, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Roscrow's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Perry Roscrow spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
