Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Onassis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prometheus Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Onassis comes to the cage accompanied by Billy Talent - Viking Death March. Prometheus Wolf is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Onassis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wolf's waist but Wolf gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Onassis off to one side.
Wolf swats away the attempt to clinch by Onassis.
Wolf avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wolf closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wolf throws a jab but it's blocked by Onassis.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Onassis is defended easily by Wolf.
Wolf ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Wolf throws an overhand right that lands on Onassis's shoulder, as Onassis tries to avoid the shot.

Wolf connects with a good right hand that stumbles Onassis. Onassis circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wolf fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Wolf stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wolf wants it to stay on the feet.
Onassis fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wolf avoids it really well and circles away.
Wolf is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Onassis had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Onassis is breathing heavily.

Onassis drops his hands momentarily and Wolf takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Wolf steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Onassis.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Onassis. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Wolf lands a jab to the nose.

Wolf's jab looks to have found its range, popping Onassis under the eye.

Onassis misses with an uppercut. Wolf saw that one coming.

Wolf bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Onassis's head.

Wolf shoots in and bounces Onassis off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Prometheus Wolf dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Onassis walks into a jab.
Wolf shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Onassis connects with a high kick.
Wolf scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wolf lands with an uppercut that bounces Onassis off the cage and back into range.
Wolf is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Onassis.
David Onassis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The fighters circling - Onassis throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Onassis looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Onassis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Wolf counters with a three punch combo that has Onassis backing up. Onassis nods at Wolf to acknowledge the strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wolf throws a poor cross that misses
and Onassis counters with an outside leg kick.
Onassis takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Onassis is rocked!
Onassis takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Oh Onassis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wolf connects with a stiff jab that staggers Onassis - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Prometheus Wolf spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
