Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alistar Ubeerem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dingo Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alistar Ubeerem!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dingo Warrior!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warrior throws a sloppy head kick and Ubeerem moves out of range easily.
Ubeerem misses with a jab, cross combination.
Warrior tries a head kick but it misses.
Ubeerem gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Warrior counters with a thumping low kick.
Ubeerem throws a wild body kick that Warrior sees coming a mile off.
Warrior doesn't manage to clinch there - Ubeerem circles away.
Warrior throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ubeerem fails with the takedown
and Warrior counters with a head kick. That will keep Ubeerem thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Ubeerem stuns Warrior with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ubeerem tries to clinch but Warrior moves out of range.
Warrior staying out of range there.

Warrior keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ubeerem fails with the takedown
and Warrior counters with a head kick.

Ubeerem moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Warrior blocks a head kick by Ubeerem.
Ubeerem shoots in for a double leg but Warrior sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Warrior tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Ubeerem darts in and clinches Warrior up against the cage.

Ubeerem tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Warrior counters with a head kick. That will keep Ubeerem thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Ubeerem throws a series of punches but Warrior moves out of range.
Ubeerem tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A combination from Ubeerem does no damage.
Ubeerem throws a lazy head kick
and Warrior counters with a head kick.
Ubeerem tries for a takedown but Warrior circles away easily

and Warrior counters by moving into the clinch.
Ubeerem is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ubeerem can't break the clinch.
Warrior keeps control of Ubeerem as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Warrior is working for takedown but Ubeerem is calmly controlling the position for now.
Warrior is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Warrior letting Ubeerem take a breather here.
Warrior tries for a takedown but Ubeerem manages to get underhooks.
Ubeerem is looking to break free of the clinch but Warrior has double underhooks.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ubeerem.
Ubeerem tries to break free but Warrior pushes him back against the cage.
Ubeerem is trying to push Warrior away but Warrior has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Warrior turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Warrior remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Ubeerem throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Dingo Warrior will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Ubeerem with a poor takedown

and Warrior moves into the clinch.

Ubeerem's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ubeerem looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ubeerem rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Warrior moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ubeerem looks to land a combination but Warrior avoids it well.

Warrior has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ubeerem is struggling to control the position.
Warrior is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Warrior has Ubeerem pressed against the cage, preventing Ubeerem from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Warrior prevents Ubeerem from breaking the clinch.
Warrior is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ubeerem gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Warrior swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ubeerem will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ubeerem is trying to drag Warrior to the mat but Warrior just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Ubeerem has had enough of the clinch but Warrior keeps him there for the moment.
Ubeerem is trying to break the clinch but Warrior has him pressed against the cage.
Ubeerem has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Ubeerem is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Warrior ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Warrior no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Ubeerem stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Warrior swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ubeerem loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Warrior is pulling down on Ubeerem's head to control his posture.
Ubeerem looking to sit in guard and control but Warrior gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ubeerem throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alistar Ubeerem dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

and Warrior holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Ubeerem's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Ubeerem stops a takedown attempt from Warrior.
Ubeerem is trying to break the clinch but Warrior is controlling him.

Ubeerem fails with the takedown
and Warrior counters with a head kick. That will keep Ubeerem thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ubeerem.

Ubeerem is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Warrior gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Ubeerem has had enough of the clinch but Warrior keeps him there for the moment.
Warrior is looking for a takedown.

Warrior has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ubeerem clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Ubeerem rolls, trying to escape but Warrior keeps control of the position.
Warrior not allowing Ubeerem to control his hands.
Ubeerem controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Ubeerem tries to roll but Warrior sticks to his back.
Warrior really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Ubeerem.
Ubeerem is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Ubeerem wants to escape the position.
Ubeerem is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Warrior.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Ubeerem blocks a head kick by Warrior.

Ubeerem has his takedown stuffed

and Warrior counters by moving into the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alistar Ubeerem. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Warrior drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ubeerem gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Ubeerem can't get the takedown.
Ubeerem tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Warrior just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ubeerem gets underhooks to prevent Warrior's takedown attempt.

Warrior pulls Ubeerem into guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Warrior is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Dingo Warrior.
I think Warrior has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
