Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrel Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Rampage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sackett comes to the cage accompanied by Highway to Hell. Tyrel Sackett could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kyle Rampage's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyrel Sackett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Rampage! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sackett swats away the attempt to clinch by Rampage. Rampage blocks a jab. Sackett on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Sackett misses with an uppercut. Sackett avoids the head kick by Rampage.

Sackett is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rampage. Sackett throws a series of punches but Rampage avoids them all with ease. Sackett takes one on the button. Sackett has a takedown stuffed. Rampage throws a head kick that misses. Rampage tries to clinch but Sackett is having none of it. Rampage connects with the punch. Rampage scores with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sackett misses with an uppercut. Rampage saw that one coming. Rampage tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sackett swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rampage throws a head kick but Sackett moves out of range.
Sackett throws a hook to the side of Rampage's head but Rampage sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Rampage uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sackett.

Rampage takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Sackett misses with a hook
and Sackett takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rampage avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sackett looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Rampage! Sackett misses with a head shot. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sackett throwing strikes here but Rampage is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Sackett has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sackett controlling the pace for now. Sackett throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sackett fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rampage holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Sackett tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Sackett breaks from Rampage's wrist control and lands an elbow. Sackett goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rampage turns into him and now he's in Sackett's guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Sackett looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rampage is one step ahead there. Rampage trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sackett's guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sackett is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyrel Sackett dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Rampage tries to close the distance and clinch but Sackett swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sackett misses with a hook to the body
and Rampage counters with an inside leg kick. Nice straight punches there by Sackett. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sackett. Rampage will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Sackett misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rampage attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Rampage forces Sackett back against the cage and clinches. Sackett is trying to stall.

A nice right hand lands inside from Rampage. Sackett throws a punch but it's blocked by Rampage. Sackett blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Sackett is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Rampage is defending well. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rampage creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Sackett is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Rampage creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Sackett's defenses.
It looks like Tyrel Sackett has been cut. Sackett breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sackett takes a kick to the side of the head. Rampage feints and then cracks Sackett's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sackett down. Sackett misses the jab. Kyle Rampage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sackett swings for the body but Rampage moves out of range.
Sackett looks to land a body kick but Rampage moved away. Rampage lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A nice leg kick lands there from Rampage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sackett shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rampage pinned against the cage. Rampage gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sackett on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice inside leg kick there by Rampage. That's going to slow Sackett down. Sackett swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sackett misses with a right hand and Rampage counters with a nice body kick. Rampage with a nice cross. Rampage lands a big uppercut and Sackett crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sackett looks OK. Rampage waves Sackett back to his feet!
Sackett is rocked! Sackett takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Oh Sackett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rampage scores with a shot to the body.
Rampage tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sackett swats him away and circles back towards the center. Look low, kick high! Rampage uses the oldest trick in the book to send Sackett tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Rampage is absolutely delighted - when Sackett wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kyle Rampage!
