The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punch throws a right hand that misses
and Caparas counters with a low kick, right behind Punch 's knee.
Punch rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Caparas counters with a nice body shot.
Punch throws the left hand but Caparas avoids the punch easily.
Punch checks a low kick from Caparas.
Caparas misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Punch.
Punch dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A good leg kick by Caparas.
Caparas fakes the leg kick and cracks Punch in the body.
Punch moves out of range of the leg kick from Caparas.
Caparas keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Punch.
Caparas misses with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Caparas throws a sloppy head kick and Punch moves out of range easily.

Caparas's corner calls for a 1-2. Caparas obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Punch has his takedown stuffed
and Caparas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Caparas fakes the leg kick and cracks Punch in the body.
Caparas misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Punch stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Caparas.
Caparas getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A chopping leg kick lands by Caparas.
Punch avoids the body shot from Caparas.
Punch on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Punch tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Punch throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Caparas's waist but Caparas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Punch off to one side.

Caparas lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Caparas throws a front kick that sends Punch stumbling back into the cage.
Punch is breathing heavily.
Caparas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Caparas lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Punch is rocked!
Caparas thows a body kick. Punch tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Oh Punch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Caparas connects with a leg kick. Punch looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Caparas throws a pinpoint strike between Punch's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Punch crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Caparas scores a great knockout victory!
