PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silvas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duda Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duda Robinson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvas is looking to score with low kicks.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silvas.
Robinson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Silvas throws a half hearted mid kick.
Robinson closes the distance and clinches up with Silvas, looking for a takedown. Robinson pushes Silvas against the cage but Silvas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Duda Robinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Silvas! Robinson is out on his feet! Silvas rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Robinson is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Robinson is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
