Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juho Pakkinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ikkit Snorven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ikkit Snorven is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Juho Pakkinen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ikkit Snorven! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pakkinen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Snorven! Pakkinen with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Snorven tries to hold on but Pakkinen pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Snorven is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Pakkinen stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pakkinen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Pakkinen swats away the attempt to clinch by Snorven. A punch combination from Snorven misses. Pakkinen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pakkinen showed some decent athleticism there. Snorven looks gassed! Pakkinen is working for a kimura but Snorven is defending it quite comfortably.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pakkinen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Snorven doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Pakkinen. Pakkinen is looking to take a break and control but Snorven is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pakkinen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Snorven's head. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Pakkinen trying to mount his opponent but Snorven defends it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Pakkinen decides to stand and escape the position. Pakkinen shoots in but Snorven avoids the takedown attempt easily. Snorven misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pakkinen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Snorven is looking to clinch but Pakkinen is avoiding it.
Snorven tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pakkinen swats him away and circles back towards the center. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juho Pakkinen dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Snorven tries to land a front kick but Pakkinen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Snorven throws a hook to the side of Pakkinen's head but Pakkinen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Snorven tries to land a front kick but Pakkinen steps back. Snorven was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Snorven tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pakkinen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pakkinen throws a hook but Snorven blocks it. Snorven clinches up with Pakkinen and pushes him back against the cage. Pakkinen is trying to break free. Snorven misses with a knee to the head. Pakkinen wants to get back to striking at distance but Snorven won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snorven connects with a nasty looking knee right to Pakkinen's face.

Snorven is breathing heavily. Pakkinen has had enough of the clinch but Snorven keeps him there for the moment. Pakkinen manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice body punch from Snorven - that landed with a thud.
Snorven breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Snorven uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pakkinen. Pakkinen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Snorven is fending him off so far but Pakkinen persists. Nope, Snorven circles away and we're back to standing. Snorven rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pakkinen moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pakkinen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Snorven throws out the jab. Snorven misses with a two punch combination.
Pakkinen wants to clinch up but Snorven keeps it at a distance. Pakkinen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Juho Pakkinen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Snorven throws a combination. Pakkinen tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Snorven looks to land a combination but Pakkinen avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pakkinen tries for a takedown but Snorven sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Snorven is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pakkinen misses with a takedown attempt - Snorven sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Pakkinen looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Pakkinen prevents Snorven from standing back up.
Pakkinen drops an elbow to the side of Snorven's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snorven wants to get back to his feet. Snorven trying to hold on to Pakkinen's head to control him but Pakkinen postures up.
Snorven is defending against the submission attempts here by Pakkinen.
Pakkinen is looking for a kimura but Snorven is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pakkinen to get the leverage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Snorven scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Pakkinen manages to mount him!
Snorven holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Pakkinen tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ikkit Snorven showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Snorven fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Snorven tries to clinch up and Pakkinen counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Snorven! Pakkinen putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Pakkinen unloading with bombs! Pakkinen has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Snorven is forced to tap!
