Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Le Blanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Le Blanc might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Know It's Over - By The Smiths. The crowd seem to be enjoying Powers's choice of entrance music: We Run This - Missy Elliot. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Kyle Le Blanc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jerome Powers! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Powers closes this distance looking for a takedown but Le Blanc circles away. Powers jabs Le Blanc right on the nose. Le Blanc blinks but takes it well. Jab, jab by Le Blanc - just one landing. Powers fails with the takedown. Le Blanc throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Le Blanc stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Le Blanc wants it to stay on the feet. Kyle Le Blanc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerome Powers. Powers shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Le Blanc as he avoids it easily. Powers doesn't succeed with the takedown and Le Blanc counters with a stiff right hand. Le Blanc lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Powers at a distance.
Powers takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Powers shoots for a double leg takedown but Le Blanc sprawls well. He's pushed Powers's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A punch combination from Powers misses. Powers looks winded! Le Blanc scores with a kick to the midsection. Le Blanc lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Powers fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Le Blanc avoids it really well and circles away. Le Blanc throws a leg kick which misses Powers's front leg but catches the back leg as Powers tries to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Powers takes a jab right on the kisser.
Powers takes one on the button. Powers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Le Blanc counters with a leg kick. Le Blanc lands a nice hook to Powers's body. Powers takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Le Blanc connects with a good right hand that stumbles Powers. Powers circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Powers is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Le Blanc wobbles Powers with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Le Blanc dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Powers to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kyle Le Blanc! Kyle Le Blanc spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
