Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sly Randolph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tad Ghostal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ghostal has chosen Good King Wenceslas as his entrance music. Sly Randolph could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tad Ghostal's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Sly Randolph! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tad Ghostal! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice uppercut lands for Ghostal. That snapped Randolph's head back.
Randolph connects with a body shot that sends Ghostal's belly button to the back. Randolph swings for the body but Ghostal moves out of range.
Ghostal clobbers Randolph with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Randolph jabbing away but nothing is landing. Randolph misses with a low kick.
Ghostal misses with a low kick. Ghostal tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ghostal takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ghostal has closed the distance and engaged Randolph in a clinch.
Ghostal misses with a hook from the clinch. Randolph blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Ghostal letting Randolph take a breather here. Randolph scores with a nice hook to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randolph blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Randolph trying to control the position but instead, Ghostal has worked for underhooks and has pushed Randolph into the cage. Ghostal wants to stall.
Randolph jumps guard.
Ghostal is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Randolph has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ghostal can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Randolph throws his legs up looking for a submission but Ghostal uses it to pass to side control.
Randolph is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ghostal lands a nice forearm strike. Randolph takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ghostal misses with the ground and pound. Ghostal has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ghostal trying to control the position but Randolph is working away. Ghostal throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Randolph works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ghostal is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ghostal misses with a head shot. Randolph uses the momentum to regain guard. Randolph working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ghostal. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ghostal in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Randolph manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ghostal tries to reverse the position but Randolph maintains control. Randolph trying to control but Ghostal is having none of it. Randolph is in the full mount, landing strikes. Randolph is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ghostal can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Randolph is in the full mount, landing strikes. Ghostal looks very frustrated and is flailing away with strikes from the bottom. His corner are telling him to stay calm. Randolph working Ghostal over with strikes here. Ghostal is trying desperately to improve position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ghostal tries to hold on but Randolph pushes him away. Ghostal can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sly Randolph dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Randolph swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Good work by Randolph as he checks the leg kick. Randolph tries a low kick but Ghostal avoids it. Ghostal throws a predictable looking body shot
and Ghostal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ghostal fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Randolph ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Randolph gets in close and tags Ghostal with a short punch that almost sends Ghostal to the mat! Oh Ghostal is in big trouble! He turns his back on Randolph, trying to create some distance but Randolph rushes him, striking wildly and Ghostal goes down! The referee tackles Randolph into the cage to end the fight! Randolph is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sly Randolph! Our winner, Sly Randolph, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
