Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lockon Stratos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jet Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lang has chosen Surokichi Remix as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Lockon Stratos has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stratos's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Stratos duly obliges.
Stratos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Danga de danga de dang - Stratos scores with a four punch combination!
Stratos throws a series of punches but Lang moves out of range.
Lang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lang avoids the head kick by Stratos.
Stratos displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lang.
Stratos fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stratos lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stratos.

Lang has hold of Stratos's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stratos manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Stratos is in a horrible position here. Lang smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Lang jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Stratos manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Lang connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Stratos some visible discomfort.

Lang is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Stratos has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lang wants to control but Stratos is keeping him busy.

Lang drops back looking for a leg! Stratos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stratos manages to kick Lang off! Lang jumps back into Stratos's guard.

Stratos is working an open guard so Lang takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Stratos.

Lockon Stratos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lang shoots in and bounces Stratos off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Lang has gone for a leg lock! Stratos slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lang's guard.

Lang manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lang lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Lang has control of Stratos's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Stratos regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Lang lands a big shot there that rocks Stratos but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Jet Lang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
