Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arman Crunch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Kampmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Kampmann has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arman Crunch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jake Kampmann! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crunch throws a hook but Kampmann avoids it easily. Kampmann throws a nice head kick!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Kampmann. Crunch feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kampmanns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Crunch swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Crunch wants to slow Kampmann down by chopping away at his legs. Kampmann looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Kampmann is looking for a kimura here.
Kampmann prevents Crunch from improving his position. Crunch on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Crunch tries to get out of the position. Crunch is working hard here to advance position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kampmann is just content to waste time from the top position. Crunch takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Crunch is pulling down on Kampmann's head. It's preventing any offense from Kampmann, at least for the moment. Crunch keeping moving, preventing Kampmann from controlling successfully. Crunch controls Kampmann momentarily but Kampmann frees himself. Kampmann throwing strikes from guard but Crunch blocks nicely. Kampmann postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kampmann is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kampmann wants to control from the top but Crunch keeps moving. Crunch looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kampmann is one step ahead there. Kampmann stops Crunch from standing up. Kampmann preventing the sweep.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Crunch takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Crunch is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crunch on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Crunch misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kampmann.
Crunch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A nice inside leg kick there by Kampmann. That's going to slow Crunch down. Kampmann shoots for a takedown but Crunch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kampmann lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Crunch tries to close the distance and clinch but Kampmann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kampmann feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Crunch's calf. Kampmann tries to clinch but Crunch moves out of range. Crunch throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kampmann's waist but Kampmann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Crunch off to one side. Crunch dips to his left and cracks Kampmann with an uppercut! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Crunch crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kampmann - the referee stops the clock and Crunch gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kampmann. Crunch manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Kampmann lands a head kick!
Kampmann closes the distance and clinches. Kampmann blocking some punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crunch trying to control the position but instead, Kampmann has worked for underhooks and has pushed Crunch into the cage. Kampmann keeps control of Crunch as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kampmann lands a good knee to the midsection. Crunch won't want to take too many of those. Crunch gets underhooks to prevent Kampmann's takedown attempt.

Kampmann lands a damaging elbow. Kampmann has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Crunch clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kampmann looking to break Crunch's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Crunch remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Kampmann will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Crunch trying to control the position but Kampmann manages to sink in the hooks. Kampmann looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake Kampmann dominated that round. That's time! Crunch's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kampmann lands a front kick. Crunch takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Crunch is looking to chop away at Kampmann's legs. Kampmann avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Kampmann fails in his attempt to clinch. Crunch throws a right and a left that both miss. Crunch throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kampmann counters with a thumping low kick. Kampmann fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kampmann lands a jab-cross combination. Jake Kampmann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kampmann scoring well with a low kick there.
Kampmann lands a leg kick that knocks Crunch off balance momentarily. Crunch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kampmann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crunch circles away quickly and effectively. Crunch throws a series of punches but Kampmann moves out of range. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Crunch doesn't manage to clinch there - Kampmann circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kampmann keeps the fight on the outside. Crunch takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Nice defenses there by Kampmann. Kampmann shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crunch but Crunch pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jake Kampmann seems to be getting the better of the standup. Crunch tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kampmann moves forwards but Crunch connects with a nice, crisp jab. Kampmann throws a head kick that Crunch semi-blocks.
Kampmann shoots in for a double leg but Crunch sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Arman Crunch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Kampmann. Crunch scores with a nice strike. Crunch gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Crunch pushes off an throws an elbow but Kampmann leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Crunch cracks Kampmann with a nice body shot. Crunch is struggling to control the position. Both fighters working to control the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kampmann is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Crunch pulls him back up using the underhooks. Kampmann's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Crunch scores with a nice hook to the head. Kampmann pulls guard successfully.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kampmann escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Crunch gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Crunch trying to control but Kampmann is working from the bottom. Kampmann is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Crunch works over Kampmann with some ground and pound from guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crunch postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Kampmann looking for a guillotine here but Crunch defends easily.
Crunch is working Kampmann over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Crunch is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kampmann looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Crunch is defending well. Kampmann quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Crunch has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Kampmann celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
