The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lambert darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Lambert shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Listenoise but Listenoise pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Listenoise pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lambert back to the cage. Listenoise follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Listenoise fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lambert looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Listenoise lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Listenoise stalks Lambert and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lambert's face. Lambert staggers backwards, shaken.

Lambert ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Listenoise gets in close and tags Lambert with a short punch that almost sends Lambert to the mat! Oh Lambert is in big trouble! He turns his back on Listenoise, trying to create some distance but Listenoise rushes him, striking wildly and Lambert goes down! The referee tackles Listenoise into the cage to end the fight! Listenoise is one violent man!
