Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Di Punker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rebaldo Louza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punker comes to the cage accompanied by Blink-182 - Heart's All Gone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

14 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rebaldo Louza! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Louza shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Punker sprawls well. Punker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Louza gets slowly back to his feet. Louza looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Punker is fending him off so far but Louza persists. Nope, Punker circles away and we're back to standing. Punker looks to land a right hand but Louza moved out of range. Louza wants to clinch up but Punker keeps it at a distance. Louza tries to clinch up. Punker looking to score a takedown here. Louza is defending well but Punker drives through and ends up in Louza's guard. Punker missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Punker trying to control but Louza is working from the bottom. Punker stands and steps away. Nice sprawl there from Punker as Louza shoots in. Di Punker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rebaldo Louza. Punker throws a lazy right hand but Louza sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Di Punker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Punker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Louza is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Louza pulls Punker in close to prevent any damage.

Punker looking to pass the guard. Punker postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Punker slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Punker in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Louza trying to keep a closed guard but Punker is proving a slippery customer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Di Punker. Louza shoots in but Punker avoids the takedown attempt easily. Punker connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Some wild striking there from Punker.
Punker misses with a looping right. Louza tries to close the distance and clinch but Punker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Punker. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Di Punker dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Louza takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Louza tries to close the distance and clinch but Punker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Punker throws a leg kick which misses Louza's front leg but catches the back leg as Louza tries to avoid it. Louza fails to land the takedown. Punker throws a hook to the side of Louza's head but Louza sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Louza ducks under a wild hook from Punker. Punker connects with a solid leg kick. Louza doesn't manage to clinch there - Punker circles away.
Punker throws a half hearted mid kick. Louza changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Punker tries to avoid it but Louza manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Punker to the ground. Punker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Punker closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Punker tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Louza is looking to reverse the position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Punker trying to control the position but Louza is working away.

Louza is looking to regain half guard here but Punker keeps moving and retains side control. Punker thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Louza takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Punker is looking to take a break and control but Louza is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Punker slows the pace down. Punker postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Punker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Louza is just riding it out for now. Punker eventually gives up the hold. Louza tries to clinch and Punker counters with a one-two to the body. Punker throws a quick inside leg kick. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Punker.
Punker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Louza closes the distance and pushes Punker back into the cage. Louza is fighting off a takedown attempt but Punker is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Louza to the mat. Louza regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Louza looking for a guillotine here but Punker defends easily.
Di Punker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Louza controls Punker momentarily but Punker frees himself. Rebaldo Louza has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Louza is on top in guard.
Di Punker is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Louza with a nice head shot there. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Louza won't allow Punker to get back to his feet. Punker is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Louza misses with a hook from the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Di Punker showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Punker, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
