Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franciscus Shamrogue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naama Kala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Franciscus Shamrogue has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Franciscus Shamrogue seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Kala.
Franciscus Shamrogue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shamrogue fails with the takedown.
Shamrogue shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Shamrogue changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kala tries to avoid it but Shamrogue manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kala to the ground. Kala escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kala drops back, looking for a kneebar! Shamrogue looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Shamrogue looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Shamrogue!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Franciscus Shamrogue.
Well Kala has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
