The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture moves into range and clinches up with Sailo.
Couture manages to pull guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sailo is looking to stand up but Couture won't let him.

Sailo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Couture doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Couture manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Couture has gone for a leg lock! Sailo slips out almost immediately though and dives into Couture's guard.

Couture has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sailo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
