Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Kerr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dave Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mark Kerr! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Brown does no damage. Brown blocks a head kick by Kerr.
Kerr swats away the attempt to clinch by Brown. Brown clinches up with Kerr and pushes him back against the cage. Kerr lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Brown or not. Brown wants to take the fight to the mat but Kerr manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Kerr gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Brown.
Brown escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kerr rushes Brown and presses him up against the cage. Kerr stops a takedown attempt from Brown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kerr turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Kerr connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Brown some visible discomfort.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brown can't do much from the bottom here. Brown being controlled for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kerr trying to control the position but Brown is working away. Brown regains half guard there - taking advantage of Kerr's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kerr wants to advance to full mount but Brown doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown keeping full guard, as Kerr tries to pass. Kerr content to stall in guard here. Brown wants to stand and escape but Kerr is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kerr drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Brown dives on top into guard. Brown content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown throws an elbow that misses. Kerr uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Brown's guard. Nice move by Kerr! Brown is trying to keep Kerr in close.
Kerr stands up and waves to Brown to follow him. Brown misses with a double jab.
Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brown. Kerr does a little dance to reset his feet. Brown is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kerr.
Brown misses with a straight right. Brown misses with a wild combination.
Kerr slips under a jab. Kerr is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Brown's half guard. Kerr is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kerr decides to return to a standing position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Kerr dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Brown misses with a shot to the body and Kerr decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Brown's guard. Kerr stops Brown from standing up. Kerr wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving. Kerr stands up from guard. Let's bang! Brown just misses with a punch to the body.
Kerr swats away the attempt to clinch by Brown. Kerr avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kerr slips a jab from Brown. Dave Brown is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brown looks to land a combination but Kerr avoids it well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A combination from Brown does no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Brown is working an open guard so Kerr takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Brown gets caught napping as Kerr dives in and scores a takedown. Brown manages to retain guard. Brown can't keep his opponent in guard - Kerr advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Brown avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kerr. Still in half guard, Kerr seems content to control. Kerr is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brown defends it well. Kerr escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Some wild striking there from Brown.
Kerr shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Kerr keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kerr shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brown but Brown pushes him off and we're back to square one. Brown throws a right hand that Kerr ducks under and follows up with a left that Kerr also avoids with ease. Kerr moves into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is trying to drag Kerr to the mat but Kerr just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Brown is looking for a takedown. Kerr lands a takedown into guard.
Kerr looking to pass the guard. Brown is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kerr is controlling him. Brown keeping moving, preventing Kerr from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kerr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brown swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mark Kerr. Brown takes a swing at Kerr's ribcage but misses. A combination from Brown does no damage. Kerr shoots in and drives through. Brown sprawls well. Dave Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Kerr. Brown misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kerr.
Brown throws a combination that misses and Kerr counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Brown! This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown wants to hold on but Kerr pushes him away. Kerr landing shots from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Kerr showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Kerr shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brown pinned against the cage. Brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Brown throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kerr wants to clinch up but Brown keeps it at a distance. Brown looks to throw the jab but Kerr is out of range. Kerr drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kerr trying to control the action but Brown is working from the bottom. Kerr should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Kerr decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brown to his feet.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Kerr circles away.
Kerr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brown sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kerr somewhat. Brown moves out of range as Kerr strikes. Brown misses with an uppercut. Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kerr swats him away and circles back towards the center. Brown waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kerr. Brown misses the shot to the body. Sloppy strikes from Brown. Those never looked like landing. Kerr closes the distance and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kerr gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown is staying active underneath Kerr, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kerr missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Brown trying to control from the bottom.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kerr connects with a nice short shot to Brown's temple. Brown is trying to stand.
Kerr is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Kerr is looking for a kimura here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is looking to escape. Kerr is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Brown wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kerr content to control rather than advance. Kerr wants to pass to mount but Brown is defending the position. Dave Brown has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mark Kerr is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kerr scores a takedown into full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Mark Kerr comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kerr winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Mark Kerr wins by unanimous decision! In his post fight interview, Mark Kerr started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
