The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clay swinging wildly here.
No luck for Komarac with that takedown attempt.
Komarac tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Clay swivels and escapes.
Komarac is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A nice combination there by Komarac.
Clay connects with a leg kick. Komarac looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Clay lands a front kick.
Clay lands a left and a right that send Komarac crashing to the mat, dazed. Clay thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Komarac is rocked!
It looks like Marac Komarac has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Clay misses with a few strikes there.
Whack! Clay lands a heavy head kick that drops Komarac. The ref tackles Clay to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Komarac was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Matt Clay!
