The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gremlin connects with a nice looking jab.
Saltzman drops his hands momentarily and Gremlin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Saltzman shoots in looking for a takedown. Gremlin tries to sprawl out of it but Saltzman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gremlin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Saltzman tries for a takedown but Gremlin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Saltzman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Saltzman lands a big shot there that rocks Gremlin but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Jon Saltzman was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
