The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meida misses with a takedown
and Rodrigues counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Meida takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Meida misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rodrigues.
Rodrigues sizes up Meida with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Troby Meida has been cut.
Meida doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Rodrigues cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Meida is rocked!
Meida get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Meida stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Rodrigues runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
