Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marcus Freedman!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Max tries to clinch but Freedman moves away
and Freedman counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Max tries to land a front kick but Freedman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Max swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Freedman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Bruce Max has been cut.
Max closes the distance but Freedman moves to the side
and Freedman counters with a straight right hand.
Max takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Max fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Freedman is out of range.
Freedman throws a shot to the body.
Freedman is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Max throws a hook but Freedman avoids it easily.
Freedman throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Max tumbling to the canvas!
Max is rocked!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Freedman works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Oh Max is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Freedman maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Max could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Freedman has cracked it and Max is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Freedman!
