Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan O Reily (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boyka Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Reily comes into the arena with Jump Around blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryan O Reily! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boyka Kersikov! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Reily shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. O Reily showed some decent athleticism there. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. O Reily looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kersikov is trying to control but can't.
O Reily is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kersikov defends it well. Kersikov is pressing down on O Reily's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. O Reily preventing the sweep. O Reily drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kersikov dives on top into guard. Kersikov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kersikov throws a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kersikov won't allow O Reily to sweep him here. O Reily is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kersikov defends well. O Reily throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. O Reily struggling a bit here. Kersikov controlling from the full mount. O Reily regains half guard. Kersikov passes to side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! O Reily takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

O Reily had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kersikov defends it easily. Kersikov is in close to O Reily's body, working some short punches and elbows. Kersikov shoots in for a takedown but O Reily shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ryan O Reily has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boyka Kersikov. Kersikov with a lazy takedown attempt and O Reily counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kersikov! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kersikov is desperately trying to improve his position but O Reily has a good base and remains in mount. O Reily trying to control but Kersikov is having none of it. O Reily goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kersikov is on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. O Reily has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kersikov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kersikov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Kersikov throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as O Reily works some decent striking defense from the bottom. O Reily seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. O Reily wants to sweep here but Kersikov controlling him for the moment. Kersikov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. O Reily swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kersikov looking to sit in guard and control but O Reily gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. O Reily drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kersikov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kersikov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kersikov! Ryan O Reily has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. O Reily is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Kersikov is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Boyka Kersikov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kersikov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
