The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Petrov does no damage.
Kundy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Petrov misses with a double jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kundy manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Kundy lands a good knee to the midsection. Petrov won't want to take too many of those.

Petrov is trying to pull guard but Kundy turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Kundy scores with a head kick. Petrov tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Petrov shoots in looking for a takedown. Kundy tries to sprawl out of it but Petrov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kundy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ted Kundy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maksim Petrov.

Kundy has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Petrov tries to keep at a distance but Kundy has taken the fight into the clinch.

and Kundy counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Petrov is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Kundy takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
No joy there for Petrov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Petrov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Petrov stalks Kundy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kundy's face. Kundy staggers backwards, shaken.
Petrov looks gassed!
Petrov lands with a good body shot.

Petrov darts in and clinches Kundy up against the cage.
Petrov fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Kundy is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Kundy scores a nice knee to the body.
Kundy unloads a knee to the mid-section. Petrov lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Kundy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The fighters circle, before Kundy throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Petrov's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Kundy lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
