The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hughes takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Perunovic drops Hughes with a beautiful combination! Hughes stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Perunovic is looking for the KO!
It looks like Stanley Hughes has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Perunovic misses with an attempted mid kick.
Hughes throws a body kick that misses.
Hughes darts in trying to clinch
and Perunovic counters with a huge head kick that drops Hughes! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!

In his post fight interview, Vladan Perunovic started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
