Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Oath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ken Oath had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ken Oath!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brock Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar shoots in and drives through. Oath sprawls well.
Lesnar shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Oath sprawls well. Oath wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lesnar gets slowly back to his feet.
Oath fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lesnar.
Oath fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lesnar manages to avoid it.
Lesnar blocks a leg kick.
Oath ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lesnar moves away.

Oath fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lesnar, pushing him back against the cage.
Oath blocks a body shot from Lesnar.
Knees in the clinch landing for Oath.

Lesnar has picked Oath up - he's going for a ride! Lesnar dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Lesnar wants to take a breather but Oath is having none of it.
Lesnar prevents Oath from improving his position.
Lesnar is trying to control. Oath wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lesnar is just content to waste time from the top position. Oath takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lesnar slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Oath keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully.
Oath will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lesnar postures up and lands a big shot to Oath's brow.
Lesnar passes Oath's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Oath tries to roll over but Lesnar keeps him under control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar is trying to control. Oath wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Lesnar might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Oath kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Lesnar is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Lesnar punching from mount but Oath doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Oath tries to reverse the position but Lesnar maintains control.
Lesnar looking to ground and pound but Oath is blocking nicely.
Lesnar scores with a couple of good head shots there.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Oath is in all sorts of trouble here.
Lesnar misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Lesnar pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.


It looks like Ken Oath has been cut.
Lesnar sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Lesnar working away from the top, dropping strikes.

Lesnar goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Oath turns into him and now he's in Lesnar's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oath trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Oath's guard.
Lesnar content to stall in guard here.
Lesnar won't allow Oath to sweep him here.
Lesnar wants to control from the top but Oath keeps moving.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lesnar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Oath looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brock Lesnar dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ken Oath's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Lesnar scores to the head and body with a nice combination!


Ken Oath's cut is getting worse.
A nice leg kick lands there from Oath.
Lesnar avoids the head kick by Oath.
Lesnar moves out of range as Oath strikes.
Oath looks to land a body kick but Lesnar moved away.
Oath pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ken Oath seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lesnar looks to score with a jab to the body but Oath is just out of range.
Lesnar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Lesnar looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Oath!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lesnar with a couple of short strikes.


Ken Oath's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Oath wants to control but Lesnar is having none of it.
Lesnar trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Brock Lesnar has got the better of the ground game so far.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lesnar throws some wild stikes that Oath manages to avoid easily.
Oath is looking to improve his position but Lesnar isn't that keen on the idea.
Lesnar postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Oath looks a forlorn figure.


Jeez, Ken Oath's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ken Oath's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Brock Lesnar!
Our winner, Brock Lesnar, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
