Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Givens !
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burnett shoots in for a takedown but Givens shows good takedown defense.
Sloppy strikes from Burnett. Those never looked like landing.
Givens shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Burnett defends it nicely.
Givens gets caught napping as Burnett dives in and scores a takedown. Givens manages to retain guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Burnett working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Givens 's head.
Givens looking for a guillotine here but Burnett defends easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Givens looking for a sweep. Not yet Givens , not yet.
Burnett stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Givens swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Burnett with a nice head shot there.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Burnett has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Givens to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Burnett is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Givens pulls down on the head and he's put Burnett to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Roger Givens !
