Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beast Mode (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitali Nockchev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mode comes to the cage accompanied by get up get down. Beast Mode has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Beast Mode!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vitali Nockchev!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mode decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mode could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mode is working for a kimura but Nockchev is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mode looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Nockchev is trying to get back to full guard.

Mode is working for a submission of some sort.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Mode shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nockchev's guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well Nockchev has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
