Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Loow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romerah Vindu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vindu is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: fight song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Andy Loow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Romerah Vindu! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vindu fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Loow, pushing him back against the ropes. A battle for position here, against the ropes. Loow has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Vindu uses from the top position. Vindu wants to control from the top but Loow keeps moving. Vindu wants to stand but Loow has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Vindu throws a big right hand that misses. Loow will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Loow working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vindu. Vindu is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Vindu throws a big right hand that misses. Loow looking for a guillotine here but Vindu defends easily.
Loow wants to get back to his feet but Vindu is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vindu wants to pass the guard but Loow is keeping the position. Vindu landing with the ground and pound. Loow working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vindu. Loow is looking for a triangle but Vindu pushes his legs off easily.
Vindu trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Vindu looking to sit in guard and control but Loow gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Vindu working a defensive guard here.
Vindu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vindu can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vindu pushes Loow off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Loow gets a clinch. Loow has picked Vindu up - he's going for a ride! Loow dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Loow trying to control the pace. Vindu is looking to escape. Loow moves into full mount! Vindu won't be happy about that! Loow avoids the attempt from Vindu to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vindu taking shots to the head. Vindu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Loow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Vindu tries to improve his position but Loow has taken his back! Loow has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Vindu tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Loow pushes Vindu away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
