Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rain Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez comes to the cage accompanied by Thunderkiss 65 by White Zombie. Vitor Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gracie misses the jab.
Gracie looks to score with a jab to the body but Hernandez is just out of range.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.

Gracie looks for a takedown but Hernandez sprawls well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hernandez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gracie moves out of range as Hernandez throws a body kick.

and Gracie counters with a nice uppercut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hernandez, as that shot connected.
Hernandez paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hernandez throws a jab but it's blocked by Gracie.

Gracie blocks a head kick by Hernandez.

Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Rain Hernandez will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Hernandez, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Hernandez against the cage but Hernandez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A nice inside leg kick there by Hernandez. That's going to slow Gracie down.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - Hernandez sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hernandez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hernandez won't be happy with that.

Gracie is working to tighten is grip on Hernandez's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hernandez has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gracie is really squeezing tight and eventually Hernandez passes out! Gracie breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
