The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado throws a jab when Cyborg was well out of range.
Danga de danga de dang - Cyborg scores with a four punch combination!
A right-left combo lands from Machado.

Machado is breathing heavily.

Machado takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cyborg shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cyborg was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
