Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Davis's choice of entrance music: House of Pain - Jump Around. Dylan Henderson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marcus Davis! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henderson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Davis misses with a hook. Davis closes the distance and clinches. Henderson manages to pull guard.
Davis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Henderson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Davis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Davis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Davis drops back looking for a leg! Henderson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Henderson manages to kick Davis off! Davis jumps back into Henderson's guard. Henderson keeping moving, preventing Davis from controlling successfully. Henderson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Davis on the ground. Davis gets to his feet - Henderson follows without any prompting. Henderson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Davis just misses with a punch to the body.

Henderson is pressing down on Davis's thigh, looking to free his foot. Davis is holding on for now. Davis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Henderson scores with a couple of nice shots. Henderson controlling the action here. Davis moves into full guard.

Henderson wants to control from the top but Davis keeps moving. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Davis has his foot on Henderson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Henderson works his way back into a safe position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Marcus Davis has got the better of the ground game so far. Davis gets full guard. Davis is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Davis has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Henderson has passed into side control.
Henderson in side control, just content to control the action for now. Davis is looking to regain half guard here but Henderson keeps moving and retains side control. Henderson avoids the strikes from the bottom by Davis. Davis manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Henderson preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Davis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Henderson defends it well. Davis wants to take a breather but Henderson is having none of it. Davis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Davis is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Henderson has managed to free his arm - good work. Davis thows a huge punch but Henderson dodges it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Henderson is just riding it out for now. Davis eventually gives up the hold. Henderson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Davis's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Davis's back! Davis trying to control the action but Henderson just sinks the hooks in. Henderson has the hooks in. Davis is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Henderson doesn't have the hooks in and Davis manages to turn into his guard.
Henderson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Davis defends well. Davis looking to sit in guard and control but Henderson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Henderson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Henderson taps out! Nice BJJ there by Davis!
