Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jens Skorp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Valor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jens Skorp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Valor! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skorp fails with an attempt to clinch.
Valor looks to clinch and Skorp counters with a nice body kick.
Skorp gets in close and instigates a clinch. Skorp tries to pull guard but Valor holds him up against the cage and eventually Skorp drops back down to his feet.
Valor manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Valor working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Skorp. Skorp stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Valor swivels though and keeps the full guard. Skorp will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Skorp trying to stand up but can't free himself from Valor's guard. Valor looking to control.
Skorp throwing strikes from guard but Valor blocks nicely. Valor is trying to control the position but Skorp postures up. Skorp wants to control from the top but Valor keeps moving. Skorp really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skorp won't allow Valor to get back to his feet. Skorp avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Valor looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Valor is trying to keep Skorp in close.
Skorp trying to control but Valor is working from the bottom. Valor is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Skorp got a little sloppy there for a moment and Valor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Skorp has managed to get both his arms back between Valor's legs - danger averted.

Skorp wanted to stand there but Valor had control of the position. Valor has his hands on Skorp's head, controlling the position. Skorp wants to control from the top but Valor keeps moving. Skorp has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Valor is proving hard to escape from. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Valor is controlling Skorp's posture.
Jens Skorp has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Skorp moves into the clinch successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Skorp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Jens Skorp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Valor tries to clinch but Skorp moves out of range. Valor tries to clinch but Skorp moves out of range. Valor fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Skorp tries to close the distance and clinch up but Valor swats him away and circles back towards the center. Valor avoids a punch combination nicely.
Skorp fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Valor, pushing him back against the cage. Skorp keeps control of Valor as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Skorp jumps into guard, dragging Valor to the mat.
Skorp has his foot on Valor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Valor works his way back into a safe position though. Skorp is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Valor tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Valor moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Valor is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Skorp gets to his feet. Valor looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Valor looks gassed! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skorp gets in close and instigates a clinch. Valor is pushing Skorp up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Skorp is trying to force a seperation but Valor has the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jens Skorp dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Valor shoots in for a takedown but Skorp shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Skorp keeps the fight on the outside. Jens Skorp is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Valor keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Skorp leaves Valor with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Skorp tries to clinch up. Skorp defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Valor. Jens Skorp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Valor. Skorp closes this distance looking for a takedown but Valor circles away. Valor swats away the attempt to clinch by Skorp. Skorp shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Valor as he avoids it easily. Valor buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Valor gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Valor jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Skorp walks away with a smile on his face. Valor gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Valor stuffs the takedown. Skorp shoots in for a double leg but Valor sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Valor misses with a series of wild punches.
Valor closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Valor prevents a body shot from Skorp. Skorp pulls guard successfully.
Valor controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Valor looking to pass the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skorp looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Skorp is looking to stand up but Valor isn't so interested in that idea. Valor wants to control from the top but Skorp keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by John Valor. No luck with that takedown attempt from Valor. Skorp looks to land a combination but Valor avoids it well. Valor shoots in looking for a takedown. Skorp tries to sprawl out of it but Valor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Skorp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skorp fails with an attempt to clinch.

Valor tries to close the distance and clinch but Skorp swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Skorp looks for a takedown but Valor sprawls well. Valor is looking to clinch but Skorp is avoiding it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Skorp looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Valor wants to take the fight to the mat but Skorp manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Skorp is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Valor looking for a takedown. Skorp breaks from the clinch.

Valor misses with a takedown attempt - Skorp sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Skorp misses with a body kick. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Skorp tries for a takedown but Valor sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Valor throws a nice looking combination but Skorp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but John Valor will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Valor stands up from Skorp's guard - Valor perhaps looking for a knockout. Valor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Skorp swats him away and circles back towards the center. Skorp is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Valor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Skorp tries to clinch up. Valor takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Skorp throws a head kick that half lands.

Valor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Valor closes the distance and clinches. Valor is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Skorp gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Skorp is stalling here.

Skorp shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Valor as he jumps to the side. Valor has managed to clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Valor has Skorp pressed against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Skorp - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
And that's the end of the fight! John Valor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Valor has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
