The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wojarski throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Montana stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Montana throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wojarski's waist but Wojarski gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Montana off to one side.
Horrible takedown by Wojarski or perhaps it was just good defense by Montana which made him look bad.
Wojarski keeps the fight on the outside.
Wojarski throws a shot to the body.
Wojarski scores with a crisp jab that stopped Montana in his tracks.
Montana scores with a head kick. Wojarski tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Michal Wojarski has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Montana misses with a kick to the body.
Wojarski lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Michal Wojarski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wojarski lands a really nice looking cross but Montana seems unphased.

Wojarski lunges at Montana with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Montana's hand.
Wojarski connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Montana momentarily.

Wojarski closes the distance and clinches.
Montana tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Wojarski scores with a shoulder strike.
Montana lands an uppercut.

Montana presses Wojarski against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Montana takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Wojarski closes this distance looking for a takedown but Montana circles away.
Karim Montana has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michal Wojarski.
Montana has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Montana there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wojarski is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Montana had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Montana connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Wojarski's hands.
That kick from Montana tenderised Wojarski's leg. Wojarski is trying to keep his angry face on.
Montana misses with a two punch combination.
Montana blocks a head kick by Wojarski.
Wojarski on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Montana. Montana obviously looking to wear him down.
Wojarski loads up on a big right hand but Montana slips the punch.
Wojarski looks for a takedown but Montana sprawls well.

Wojarski moves out of range of the body kick from Montana.
Wojarski fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Montana avoids it really well and circles away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Montana drops Wojarski with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wojarski looks back up at him and smiles so Montana waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wojarski is rocked!
Montana closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Wojarski out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Karim Montana!
An out of breath Karim Montana thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
