Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Niko Bellic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Sinistra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Vinnie Sinistra was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bellic takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sinistra circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bellic leaves Sinistra with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sinistra moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bellic has worked his arm free - good work by Bellic!
Sinistra is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bellic knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Bellic darts in trying to clinch
so Sinistra counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Sinistra throws an elbow that misses. Bellic uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sinistra's guard. Nice move by Bellic!
Sinistra has a closed guard, preventing Bellic from standing up.
Sinistra has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bellic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sinistra swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bellic got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sinistra has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bellic has managed to get both his arms back between Sinistra's legs - danger averted.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Vinnie Sinistra tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
