Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josh William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimue Vasque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh William!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimue Vasque!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Vasque misses.
William is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
William fails with a takedown attempt.
Vasque misses with a looping right.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from William.
William tries to clinch there but Vasque circles away.
William dodges the punch combination from Vasque.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vasque gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
William throws an elbow that misses. Vasque uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in William's guard. Nice move by Vasque!
Vasque stops William from standing up.
Vasque wants to control from the top but William keeps moving.
William wants to stand and escape but Vasque is having none of it.

Vasque stands up from William's guard - Vasque perhaps looking for a knockout.
William slips a jab and a cross from Vasque.
William fails in his attempt to clinch.
William with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Vasque to score with a decent uppercut.

A combination from Vasque does no damage.
A jab lands there for Vasque.
Vasque lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but William circles away quickly and effectively.
William looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
William postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
William wants to pass the guard but Vasque is keeping the position.
William wants to stand but Vasque is controlling his posture from full guard.

William tries to free his leg and advance position but Vasque is retaining full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
William with a flurry of punches that miss.
William throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
William trying to stand up but can't free himself from Vasque's guard.
William trying to control but Vasque is working from the bottom.
William pushes down on Vasque's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vasque wants to sweep but William has passed to side control!

William cracks Vasque with an elbow. That is naaassty.
William tries to move into full mount but can't pass Vasque's legs.
William tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
William in side control, throwing shots but Vasque defends.
William connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Vasque some visible discomfort.
William is trying to get an arm triangle but Vasque is defending well.
William creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
William cracks Vasque with an elbow. That is naaassty.

William with the ground and pound but Vasque regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

William wants to lay and pray for a moment but Vasque keeps working.
William is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
William prevents Vasque from improving his position.
William seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vasque does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
William tries to pass to full mount but Vasque defends it.
William is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
William throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh William dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
William throws a right hand that Vasque ducks under and follows up with a left that Vasque also avoids with ease.
Vasque misses with a wild combination.
Vasque circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vasque scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Vasque lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but William circles away quickly and effectively.
William shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vasque defends it nicely.
William tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vasque throws a series of strikes that have William backpedaling.
William fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vasque's corner calls for a 1-2. Vasque obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
William has Vasque up against the cage in a clinch.
William breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
William fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vasque avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh William. That's going to take a lot out of him.

William moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
William looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
William closes this distance looking for a takedown but Vasque circles away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

William fails with a takedown attempt.
William will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Vasque lands with an uppercut that bounces William off the cage and back into range.
William shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Vasque misses with a wild combination.
William is looking to score with low kicks.
Vasque lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
William is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vasque wobbles William with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Vasque dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts William to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jimue Vasque!
