The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makarov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tuttanhamon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Makarov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Tuttanhamon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Makarov did well to prevent Tuttanhamon getting side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Tuttanhamon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Makarov doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tuttanhamon.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
