Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aiden Jaxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dion Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dion Watts will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aiden Jaxon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dion Watts! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaxon misses with an uppercut. Jaxon throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Watts counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jaxon won't be happy with that. Jaxon tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Watts wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Jaxon keeping his opponent close. Watts working away. Jaxon is trying to improve his position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. You can see the frustration on Jaxon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Watts tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Watts decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jaxon to his feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Jaxon. Watts does a little dance to reset his feet. Watts with a poor takedown and Jaxon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Watts's guard. Jaxon controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Watts looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Jaxon showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Aiden Jaxon. Watts tries for a takedown but Jaxon circles away easily and Jaxon counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Watts looks winded! Jaxon not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jaxon seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Watts for as long as he can get away with. Watts controls Jaxon momentarily but Jaxon frees himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jaxon slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Aiden Jaxon wasn't doing enough on the ground. Jaxon throws a lazy body kick and Watts counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jaxon won't be happy with that. What's Jaxon going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jaxon breaks from Watts's wrist control and lands an elbow. Jaxon controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Watts tries to lock up and control but Jaxon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Jaxon tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Watts is in a horrible position here. Jaxon smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jaxon is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Watts can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Jaxon misses with a left hand and Watts counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Jaxon! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jaxon wants to control but Watts is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Aiden Jaxon showed his dominance in that final round. Well Jaxon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
