Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Leslie Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Weiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leslie Morrow! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carlos Weiner! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weiner looks to score with a jab to the body but Morrow is just out of range. Morrow clinches. Morrow is working for takedown but Weiner is calmly controlling the position for now. Morrow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Morrow pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Morrow steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Weiner. Weiner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Morrow tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weiner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Morrow somewhat. Horrible takedown by Morrow or perhaps it was just good defense by Weiner which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leslie Morrow. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morrow's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Weiner connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Morrow scrambles back to his feet. Morrow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Weiner. Weiner thuds a left hand into Morrow's body. Weiner connects with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weiner just misses with a punch to the body.
Weiner scores with a jab. Morrow fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Weiner throws a hook but Morrow avoids it easily. Morrow misses with a head kick.
Morrow moves forwards but Weiner connects with a nice, crisp jab. Morrow takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Weiner cracks Morrow with an open hand slap. Morrow walks into a stiff left hand from Weiner. Weiner keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Weiner connects with a nice looking jab.
Morrow drops his hands momentarily and Weiner takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Weiner. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Weiner. Morrow looks up at the clock. Bad move! Weiner lands a right hand from hell, dropping Morrow. Weiner pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carlos Weiner! Carlos Weiner retains his bantamweight title! An out of breath Carlos Weiner thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
