Fitch comes to the cage accompanied by Nyquil soldiers . Lotus has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music. Tommy Lotus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lotus shoots for a takedown but Fitch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Fitch on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Lotus is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A punch combination from Lotus misses.
Fitch throws a right hand that misses
and Lotus counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lotus shoots in but no luck this time.
Fitch on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Lotus closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fitch on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fitch tries to get out of the position.
Fitch looking for a sweep but Lotus has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Lotus looking to finish Fitch with some ground and pound. This is bad for Fitch!
Fitch really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Fitch has left one of his arms exposed and Lotus doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Fitch screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
