Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lange Angelus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jame Call (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Call is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rainin Men. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lange Angelus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jame Call! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Angelus throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Call's waist but Call gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Angelus off to one side. Angelus shoots in for a double leg but Call sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Horrible takedown by Angelus or perhaps it was just good defense by Call which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lange Angelus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Angelus has closed the distance and engaged Call in a clinch.

Angelus decides to pull guard. Call being controlled here momentarily. Angelus wriggles free and stands up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Call dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Angelus fails to land the takedown. Jame Call is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Angelus is trying hard to land a takedown here. Call sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Angelus fails with the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Angelus fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Horrible takedown by Angelus or perhaps it was just good defense by Call which made him look bad. Call lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Angelus shoots in looking for a takedown but Call manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Angelus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Call finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Call fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Angelus looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Angelus fails with the takedown. Angelus is breathing heavily. Angelus closes the distance and clinches up with Call, looking for a takedown. Angelus pushes Call against the cage but Call circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Call bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Angelus's head. Angelus fails with a takedown attempt. A shot to the liver by Call. Beautiful body shot. Angelus takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Call blocks a jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lange Angelus will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Call scores with a nice strike. Angelus closes this distance looking for a takedown but Call circles away. Call fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Angelus gets a double leg takedown into Call's guard. Call wants to stand but Angelus is controlling the position. Angelus postures up in Call's guard and throws a big left but Call blocks it. Angelus won't allow Call to get back to his feet. Angelus postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Angelus throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Angelus won't allow Call to get back to his feet. Angelus wants to get up but he can't break Call's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Call wants to stand up but Angelus is controlling him. Call kicks Angelus off and gets to his feet. Call circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Angelus fails with a takedown attempt. Call walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Angelus checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Angelus shoots in but Call avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Angelus scores with a takedown into Call's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Call can do anything to dispel that myth. Call pushes Angelus off and gets back to his feet.

Angelus looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Call tries to kick Angelus off but Angelus keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Angelus working the head and body with strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Call looks like he's trying to stand up.

Angelus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Call but Call pushes him off and we're back to square one. Angelus gets a double leg takedown into Call's guard. Call wants to get back to his feet but Angelus is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Angelus working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Angelus connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Call wants to stand up but Angelus is controlling him. Angelus with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Angelus throwing strikes but missing. Call keeping moving, preventing Angelus from controlling successfully. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Angelus loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Angelus distracts Call with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Angelus throws a strike but Call rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Angelus looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Angelus wants to stand and escape but Call is having none of it. Call wants to stand but Angelus has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Call takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Call won't allow Angelus to get back to his feet. Call must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Call wants to stand but Angelus is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Lange Angelus. Angelus drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Angelus sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Call is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Lange Angelus overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Call is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Angelus is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Angelus is looking to take a break and control but Call is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Call takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Angelus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Angelus is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Call knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Angelus trying to control the action but Call is working from the bottom. Angelus grinds an elbow into Call's temple. Angelus lands a few punches from side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Call wants to get back to his feet but Angelus drags him back down. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Angelus working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Jame Call has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lange Angelus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Call taking a bit of punishment here - Angelus scoring with strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Lange Angelus showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Angelus, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
