Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Almightie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almightie takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Almightie checks the leg kick.
Almightie fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Spong sprawls well initially but Almightie persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Almightie seems to be looking for submissions.
Almightie is working for a submission of some sort.
Almightie passes to full mount!
Almightie wants to finish this one by submission but Spong is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Almightie.
Spong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Almightie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Almightie wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Almightie is breathing heavily.

Almightie with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Almightie working for a guillotine from mount but Spong is in no mood to give up.
Almightie looking to control but Spong is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Spong tries to buck Almightie off but he can't manage it.

Spong is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Almightie with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Spong squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Almightie jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Spong manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Spong pushes Almightie away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Almightie gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Almightie lands a few punches from side control.
Almightie has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Spong is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Almightie yanks on the arm and Spong is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Almightie.
